The Flynn family released a statement Friday evening in reaction to the release of transcripts from the call between then-incoming National Security Advisor Michael Flynn and his Russian counterpart, Sergey Kislyak. Read below.
It is a dark day for America as the FBI’s corruption and duplicity is fully revealed in the just-released Kislyak transcripts. General Flynn’s conversations with Ambassador Kislyak were perfectly proper.
Yet, the FBI and the DOJ concocted lies and robbed our brother, General Flynn of his position in the administration, of his good name, of his freedom, and of three whole years of his life.
These transcripts reveal the depravity of FBI leadership who were willing to forge and fabricate a prosecution of one of our nation’s most prominent national security officers, a three-star general, and a veritable war hero, because their candidate did not win the American presidential election. They lied to create a fiction for the public by which they attempted to destroy our brother’s name and execute a coup against the incoming administration.
This breathtaking and horrifying reality is truly the most disgraceful and shameful chapter in our history, because these actions struck at the heart of our nation’s core values—the sanctity of the vote, the peaceful transition of power, liberty, justice, common American decency and honor.

#FLYNN AG Barr exclusive @CBSNews before the transcripts were declassified. Flynn “...if we send out 30 guys and you send out 60, you know, or shut down every Embassy, I mean we have to get this to a..let’s keep this at a level that..is even-keeled, okay? ...And then what we can do is, when we come in, we can then have a better conversation...” pic.twitter.com/UnAK9KeNpO— Catherine Herridge (@CBS_Herridge) May 30, 2020
There was no indication of deception, UNTIL STRZOK AND PAGE EDITED THE 302: Strzok: “I’m going back in tonight to do so...I made your [Page] edits...I also emailed you an updated 302...I will polish it this weekend.” pic.twitter.com/HZuTi8kjwZ— W Jeffrey Robins (@WJeffreyRobins1) May 30, 2020
...The media has focused on Flynn’s later denial of discussing sanctions. However, the DOJ has not sought to dismiss criminal charges because he Flynn the truth but because his statements did not meet a key element... https://t.co/nakn5fT8Fc— Jonathan Turley (@JonathanTurley) May 30, 2020
...of materiality for the crime and were the result of troubling actions by high-ranking officials. The real question is why the FBI continued to investigate Flynn in the absence of any crime or evidence of collusion. https://t.co/nakn5fBxNE— Jonathan Turley (@JonathanTurley) May 30, 2020
All of the people involved with framing Flynn need to go to jail for a long time, including anyone who knew the truth and said the opposite on CNN and MSNBC.— Scott Adams (@ScottAdamsSays) May 30, 2020
