AD.C. federal appeals court Monday rejected former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn's effort to have a judge dismiss the charges against him. The court overturned an earlier decision that would allow the Justice Department to drop its case against the retired Army lieutenant general. The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals' full court, 8-2 ruling is considered a temporary setback for Flynn and his legal team's efforts to have the case end.

The Supreme Court needs to deliver justice for General Flynn.https://t.co/thwN88jTaU
The Mike Flynn case is an embarrassing stain on this country and its “judges.” Chief Justice Roberts should be laughed at the next time he suggests that we don’t have “Obama judges.” We don’t have judges anymore, only corrupted politicians in black robes. "The majority gestures at the potential harms of such a judicial intrusion into the Executive Branch, but takes a wait-and-see approach, hoping and hinting that the district judge will not take the actions he clearly states he will take."
