Kyle Rittenhouse's lawyer claims that his 17-year-old client, who is charged with homicide in the fatal shooting of two people last week in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is a victim.

"Where are the charges for aggravated assault against Kyle Rittenhouse?" John Pierce asked Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Monday night. "Kyle and his friends decided that nobody was doing anything to protect that community, and they decided that they would answer that call and help to protect that business," he claimed.
"As a 17-year-old, he was legally entitled to have that firearm in his possession," Pierce said. "This is 100% self-defense, Tucker."
Every single witness, legal expert and lawyer I’ve spoken to thinks Kyle Rittenhouse is 100% getting off on all murder charges. They all think the defense has a slam dunk case.— David Hookstead (@dhookstead) August 31, 2020
When/if he’s acquitted, will the mob respect the verdict? I doubt it.
Watch this. Our God given right to self-defense must never be trampled by corrupt prosecutors who protect violent mobs. https://t.co/73L9aasd8D— Laura Ingraham (@IngrahamAngle) September 1, 2020
